1. What is the minimum order of a product?
Our minimum order is 30 pieces per Ready Made product and/or 100 pieces per Custom Made product.

2. How do I receive a product quotation?
By sending us your design via Email or Whatsapp, and also:-

Artwork file in format: .Ai / .Psd perform best printing output result following by Hi-res .jpg / .png / .tiff

We do have artwork re-create services for unqualified images to reach the standard of printing output. Fees might be vary and we will inform clients on the quotation.


3. Which printing method will be most suitable for my design?
Choosing the correct print technique is difficult and technical. We will review your artwork, material chosen, quantity order and advise accordingly.

4. When can I receive the products?
Production timeline will be depending on your order; the average production timeline for our Ready Made product is roughly 4-10 Work Days while Custom Made product is roughly around 25 Work Days. Extra charges may apply if order is to be completed urgently.

5. What is the location range of your delivery?
We deliver worldwide, price is subject to location.

Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, we offer self-pick up at our outlet

6. Can I make changes to my project after my order was confirmed?
We do not encourage our clients to modify their orders after confirming as it could incur extra workload and project timeline. Nevertheless, we will still try our best to solve your problem.

7. Can I provide T-shirts for you to print?
Yes.

8. Can I make my own T-shirts / jackets / pants cutting?
Yes, you can create your own unique cutting & size. One-time template charges will occur.
And you can continue using that for your product line.

9. Will our design or font assets be shared with other people?
No. All client’s project is strictly confidential. Also we encourage designers to outline all text and expand all patterns to shape. Only related department have certain print file to ensure production workload.

10. Do you provide Design service?
Yes. Logo designs and corporate branding designs are available.

11. Do you provide Free samples?
No. It’s development cost need to pay by client but refundable upon order award.
